Current Job Vacancies at Al Jazeera International Catering
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Catering Management or related field.
- 5-10 years' experience on handling Industrial catering / Camp catering in Middle East region.
- Strong hands-on experience in time management, client relations
- and a proven track record in managing a team and workforce,Solid knowledge of Food safety and HACCP standards.
- Menu planning and cost control & ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Excellent communication skils in English and Hindi.
- Locally available candidates in the UAE and Immediate joiners

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and accounting processes.Ability to process and record purchase & sales invoices in ERP.Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and coordination with HR for payroll & audits.
- Experience in preparing bank reconciliations and payment
- vouchers,
- Knowledge of accruals, provisions, and fixed asset records maintenance.
- Ability to monitor petty cash and receivable collections.Looking for locally available UAE.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Graduate or completion of specialized courses in Hotel / Catering Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Catering / Hotel /F&B operations (Required).
- Overall responsibility for dining operations and service standards,Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
