We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee our warehouse and logistics operations in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Business Central ERP, and strong understanding of food safety practices and UAE certification standards.

Key Responsibilities at Mihanario

As part of the Mihanario team, you may be responsible for:

🔹Manage end-to-end supply chain operations — from inbound logistics to outbound delivery.

🔹Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, FIFO/LIFO compliance, and optimal space utilization.

🔹Plan and execute logistics and distribution strategies for on-time, cost-efficient deliveries.

🔹Implement and manage ERP processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Business Central.

🔹Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to streamline operations.

🔹Maintain full compliance with UAE Food Safety Regulations, Dubai Municipality, and ESMA standards.

🔹Ensure all storage, handling, and transportation of food products meet hygiene and temperature control requirements.

🔹Lead and train warehouse and logistics teams, promoting adherence to HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety best practices.

🔹Monitor and report on key KPIs such as inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.

Requirements to Join Mihanario

Ideal candidates should have:

Proven experience in On-Premises / HORECA sales (mandatory).

Strong understanding of the restaurant and café market in the UAE.

Prior experience in FMCG sales within the UAE is highly preferred.

Must hold a valid UAE Manual Driving License.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to speak Farsi and/or Arabic will be considered an advantage.

Familiarity with local market routes is a strong plus.
