Position: Sales Supervisor cum Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Supervisor cum Merchandiser, the selected candidate will handle several responsibilities essential to market performance and customer satisfaction.
1. Sales Team Supervision

Support and supervise the sales team to help them achieve monthly and weekly targets.

Guide team members on route planning, product promotion, and customer relationship building.
2. Outlet Visits & Merchandising

Visit key retail outlets regularly to check product availability, stock levels, visibility, and merchandising quality.

Ensure that ice cream products are stored, displayed, and rotated correctly to maintain quality.
3. Route Coverage & Display Planning

Plan and execute effective route coverage strategies.

Ensure compliance with company merchandising standards at all times.
4. Retailer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners.

Negotiate for better shelf space, visibility, and product promotions.
5. Market Trend Analysis

Monitor competitor activities, new market trends, and product movements.

Report findings to management to support decision-making.
6. Coordination Across Departments

Ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.

Work closely with distribution teams to manage timely deliveries and accurate orders.
Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales and merchandising
