Key Responsibilities
As a Nursing Professional at Saudi German Hospital, you will:
- Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Provide high-quality clinical care in accordance with international healthcare standards and SGH protocols.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of world-renowned specialists to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Clinical Excellence: Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and manage advanced medical equipment in specialized units (ICU, ER, OR, etc.).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time medical records and patient history in compliance with hospital policy.
- Patient Advocacy: Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care, ensuring a "family-like" experience.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for dedicated professionals who meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc) or a recognized Diploma in Nursing.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or be eligible for registration.
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience in an inpatient or specialized hospital setting.
- Skills: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus), strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Certifications: Valid BLS/ACLS certifications are highly preferred.
